Welcome to Decadence Cakes

I am Daniela Herrmann, a European trained pastry chef with over 25 years of international experience including working in Germany, England, Australia, Canada and on 6star Cruise Liners.

I started Decadence Cakes in 2008, creating custom made celebration cakes for all occasions as well as supplying local shops and hotels with cakes, pastries and seasonal specialities.

I am now based in South Somerset, near the market town of Castle Cary, Glastonbury, the Haynes Motor Museum, the Hauser and Wirth Art Centre in Bruton and Wincanton race course.

 

Decadence Cakes is a fully registered, inspected and insured food business.

My Work
All my cakes are hand made to your specific requirements, they are unique and can be as simple or as intricate as you want them to be.
